When you book an appointment with us, we will send you a contract prior to the inspection, usually by email or by fax. We require you to read and respond to this contract before we send our inspector to the home. We want you to understand what our inspection will include and what it will not include and what our liability is if you feel we haven't done our job. This is a legal document, so we want all of our clients to be aware of our terms before the inspection begins. You can review samples of our contracts by clicking on the images below.

Note the Limitation of Liability section. If you want our limitation of liability to be increased, please contact us and we can renegotiate the terms of this contract.

It is important that you read the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors®, which can be found in the Standards of Practice section on this website.

If you have any questions or concerns about this contract please contact our office at 604.942.8272 or 604.854.1516.
