Our presenter, James Dobney, is a past president of the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors (B.C.) and has conducted educational seminars at industry conferences all over North America. He appears regularly on the BCTV Sunday Morning News hour to answer viewers' home inspection and remodeling questions, as well as being featured on a new program on the Real Estate Channel, "The Spot". His presentation style combines first-rate material with audience interaction and fun. Our seminars include the best photos taken from our 20 years of doing inspections.
Our presentation can be tailored to fit your needs. We will need a minimum of 20 minutes but find that 30 to 45 minutes is more popular. Our goal is to provide your realtors accurate and unbiased information. Should you have a particular topic (e.g. insurance issues, roofing, pre-listing inspections, leaky condo syndrome, radiant heating, polybutylene piping, stucco, grow-ops, etc.) you would like us to present, just ask.
