Easy 1-2-3 Process
1. The appointment
Our friendly, knowledgeable support staff is waiting to answer your questions and address your concerns. Booking an appointment is as easy as picking up the phone or filling out a form and scheduling a convenient date and time. Our office is open 7 days a week.
2. The inspection
On inspection day, you can expect one of our licensed inspectors to be on time and courteous. Your inspector will visually examine the major systems and components of the home. An average inspection takes about 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the home. We encourage you to accompany us during the inspection. You will gain valuable first hand information about the home and have the opportunity to ask questions.
We understand that you may not be able to attend the inspection. By special arrangement, we can email you an electronic report and schedule a telephone consultation with your inspector, so that no matter where you are, you will receive the information you need.
3. The detailed report
When we’ve finished the inspection, you will receive a detailed report on the condition of the home. All of the information is readily available to you in an easy-to-read reference book, which includes recommended repairs, notable deficiencies and general maintenance advice.
